AARON ZUCKER
Aaron Zucker is a realtor in Queens, New York. He specializes in helping first time homebuyers as well as first time investors achieve their dreams of home ownership. Aaron’s first goal is to educate these buyers on the home buying process, free of charge, of course. He calls it a homebuyer consultation. Aaron hosts the consultations over zoom for everyone’s convenience. They go over the fees involved in the process so there are no surprises later on.
Aaron’s end goal is to help 100 homebuyers this year. What differentiates him from others is his patience with buyers and sellers. Katerina is a licensed real estate expert in New York and Florida. She attended Zicklin School of Business as a Real Estate Development and Marketing specialist. After college, Katerina worked as a real estate market and data analyst at NPI Real Estate Marketing and Consulting firm. Currently, Katerina is covering NYC and South Florida luxury markets working mostly with sellers, investors and buyers. Due to her background in market and development analysis, Katerina is broadly working with developers and investors who trust her team's and prefered partners' expertise.
Catherine Thompson
Catherine or “Kitty” has developed a reputation over several years of experience in the residential real estate market, knowing how to take care of her client’s best interest and close complicated deals. She has been successful in real estate with high-end transactions because of her core values of honesty, loyalty, faith, and determination. Having gained experience with residential and commercial deals, she now works with clients in the luxury home market in NYC and South Florida as part of the Goldbar Luxury Team.
Kitty was born in Germany to a military family and was raised in Northern California. After a successful career in Human Resources for top Bay Area tech companies, she moved to New York City where she married her husband, Chad, and spent over a decade volunteering for a large international non-profit organization.
Before moving to Manhattan, Kitty and Chad lived in Huntington Beach, CA. She is still heavily involved in community volunteer work as a Bible teacher and volunteers her time as a mentor/life coach. She speaks Spanish fluently and is currently learning Arabic. Kitty loves to travel and has visited multiple countries on 6 continents. When you get to know her you will see that she has a passion for life and positivity that makes her stand out and provide her clients with an outstanding level of service.
